Dr. Arun Gopi is one of the active leaders responsible for the formation of the Electrophysiology Department of MICC. Our hospital is the first in North Kerala to have a state-of-the-art Electrophysiology Department with 3D Electroanatomic Mapping capability, which treats all types of rhythm abnormalities. He is one of the leading experts responsible for providing heart rhythm treatment and heart rhythm correction in Calicut at MICC. Currently-Consultant Cardiologist And Electrophysiologist, Director Cath Lab, In Metromed International Cardiac Centre In Calicut Since 2013 Did The First Dual Chamber Leadless Pacemaker (MICRA AV) And Hybrid LAA Watchman With Af Ablation In The Country. Did The First Leadless Pacer MICRA VR And MICRA AV, LAA Device Closure With Watchman, Subcutaneous Aicd And Cryo Ablation For Atrial Fibrillation In The State Of Kerala. Started The Leadless Pacing Therapy, LAA Device Closure, Subcutaneous Aicd, Conduction System Pacing, 3 D Mapping And Complex Arrhythmia Ablation, Cryo Ablation, Bioabsorbale Stents And Rota Tripsy Therapy In North Kerala (Malabar) By Doing The First Cases.
