MICC is the first and currently the only centre in kerala to do MICRA pacemaker insertion without a Proctor

We recently did the medtronic leadless pacemaker insertion for a elderly gentleman who had erosion of the traditional vvi pacemaker done 6 years back .the old PG and screw in lead were extracted without difficulty and MICRA was inserted . this is the first MICRA implant without a proctor in our state ( and overall the 5th MICRA implant in kerala ) after we did the first implant in jan 2017 ... dr arun gopi Director cath lab and electrophysiologist MetroMed international cardiac centre
